Second Lady Usha Vance Makes Exciting Announcement-Baby Number Four is On the Way!

The Vance family is growing!

A joint statement from the Vice President and Second Lady shared that the family is expecting baby number four.

“We’re very excited to share the news that Usha is pregnant with our fourth child, a boy. Usha and the baby are doing well, and we are all looking forward to welcoming him in late July.”

“During this exciting and hectic time, we are particularly grateful for the military doctors who take excellent care of our family and for the staff members who do so much to ensure that we can serve the country while enjoying a wonderful life with our children.”

This marks a historic moment. Mrs. Vance, 40, is the first vice presidential spouse to be pregnant while her husband is in office.

The couple, who have been married since 2014,  already have three children: Ewan (8), Vivek (5), and Mirabel (4).

The Vances have often shared their convictions about the importance of family. The Vice President has emphasized his pro-family values throughout his career.

During the 2025 March for Life, Vice President Vance told the crowd, “Let me say very simply: I want more babies in the United States of America.”

“I want more happy children in our country, and I want beautiful young men and women who are eager to welcome them into the world and eager to raise them.”

This is exactly the kind of role model America needs.
