Jharkhand High Court Summons SP Over Missing 6-Year-Old Girl Case
The Jharkhand High Court has summoned the Gumla district superintendent of police to appear in person after a six-year-old girl, missing since 2019, remains unrecovered. The mother filed a habeas corpus petition, fearing her daughter may be a victim of human trafficking. A special investigation team is coordinating efforts with other states.
