Saelemaekers was forced to be subbed off during yesterday’s 1-0 win against Lecce, and if he won’t recover for the game against his former club, Massimiliano Allegri will likely look to Zachary Athekame or Ruben Loftus-Cheek on the right wing.
Saelemaekers returned to Milan last summer after a one-season loan spell at Roma.
