Pamela Anderson Reveals the Family-Oriented Occasion She & Ex-Husband Tommy Lee Will Reconnect After a 'Long Time' Apart
Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s romance is one of the most tumultuous in Hollywood, but fast-forward to the 2020s, and they’ve both moved on. However, just because they moved on doesn’t mean they’re pals. In fact, Anderson revealed the truth about where they stand and how one of their sons will make them reconnect soon.
In a recent interview with Andy Cohen on his radio show Radio Andy, Anderson discussed how she’s quite estranged from Lee today, but there will be one event that they reconnect.
“I haven’t talked to him, but my son, Dylan, is getting married soon, so I’ll see them at the wedding,” she revealed. “I always ask about him. I tried to send him pickles. I try to stay in contact.”
For those who don’t know, Anderson and Lee had one of the most turbulent (and highly publicized) relationships of the 1990s, marrying in Feb 1995 after knowing each other for only four days.
However, their whirlwind, fairytale-like romance began to crash down when their 1995 sex tape was released onto the internet. In an excerpt from her memoir obtained by People, she wrote, “My relationship with Tommy may have been the only time I was ever truly in love.” She added that the sex tape was detrimental, adding, “It ruined lives, starting with our relationship…”
She later detailed the Mötley Crüe drummer’s jealousy issues, but they persisted. The pair later welcomed two sons named Brandon Thomas, born in 1996, and Dylan Jagger, born in 1997.
However, it all hit a standstill when Anderson and Lee broke it off after a terrifying incident where Lee ended up being arrested for spousal abuse in 1998. Anderson said she was holding seven-week-old Dylan in her arms while Brandon played nearby, saying he “ripped Brandon off me and threw me and Dylan into a wall.”
She filed for divorce the next day to “protect her babies,” and the divorce was finalized a year later.
However, the two rekindled their romance in 2008, but split again in 2010 for good. He later married influencer Brittany Furlan in 2019.
