Ashton Kutcher Shares Rare Comments About Ex-Wife Demi Moore: 'I'm So Proud of Her'
Ashton Kutcher is sharing some very rare comments about his ex-wife Demi Moore.
If you forgot, the 47-year-old That ’70s Show actor and the 63-year-old Oscar-nominated actress began dating in 2003 and married in September 2015. They split in 2011 after six years of marriage and their divorce was finalized in 2013.
In a new interview, Ashton addressed comparisons between his new Ryan Murphy series The Beauty and Demi‘s critically acclaim 2024 movie The Substance.
Keep reading to find out more…“I mean, one, Demi’s performance in The Substance, obviously she got extraordinary accolades, I’m so proud of her, she killed it,” Ashton told Entertainment Tonight.
“I think the bigger context though is we’re in a society where cosmetic enhancements is becoming increasingly dominant, accepted,” he continued. “It’s a weird thing, like over the past two decades, you just kind of watch the rise of that taking place.”
For her role in The Substance, Demi won a Golden Globe, a Critics Choice Award and a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Award.
The first three episodes of The Beauty are premiering on FX at 9 p.m. ET on January 21, and on Hulu at the same time and Disney+ internationally. Then, there will be two episodes premiering at the same time for the final two weeks. Watch the latest trailer!
