Bokaro Man Sentenced to 4 Years for Molesting Minor Girl Under Pocso Act
A Bokaro court has handed down a four-year rigorous imprisonment sentence to 20-year-old Mansukh Ansari for proposing to and molesting a 16-year-old schoolgirl. The incident saw Ansari forcibly stop the victim, propose marriage, and then snatch her dupatta and commit indecent acts upon her refusal. The court also levied a Rs 5,000 fine.
