LA County Fair earlybird tickets are already on sale and can save you money

The LA Fair opens this year on May 7, and believe it or not, earlybird tickets are already on sale. And it’s not a bad idea to grab them now.

These advance deals can be purchased online until May 1. The fair is open Thursdays to Sundays, plus Memorial Day, from May 7-31.

The best deal looks like a $25 Los Angeles County Fair Value Pass that lets you into the fair any number of days for the first two weeks, May 7-17. This is useful if you decide you really, really need to go back and buy that amazing mop you saw on sale. Plus, the regular daily price at the gate is $32. Ouch.

There’s also an Los Angeles County Fair Premium Pass for $49 lets you in every day the fair is open.

Now, if you only want single-day tickets, you can buy them now on sale for $18 adults, $15 seniors and children 12 and under.

And a season parking pass at Fairplex costs a mere $86.50. Such a deal. Regular daily parking is $26 at the gate or $22.50 in advance.

In case you’re wondering why the fair isn’t in September anymore, just ponder how scorchingly hot it was, and how much more pleasant the charming city of Pomona is in May.
