Kate Middleton and Prince William are likely bracing themselves for “seismic revelations” about their relationship that are set to emerge soon.
Kate, 44, and William, 43, are the subjects of an upcoming biography that is set to reveal never-before-heard details about the couple. The book, which royal editor Russell Myers writes, is the first biography about the couple in over a decade.
“I am delighted to announce that my first book, William & Catherine: The Intimate Inside Story, will be published on 26th February,” Myers said in an announcement on X, adding that it will be released in the US on March 10.
Myers, a veteran royal journalist who spent nearly a decade covering William and Kate, says the biography charts the couple’s relationship from their first meeting at St. Andrews University through their current lives as spouses, parents, and senior working royals preparing to take the throne.
The author used his announcement to share his belief that the book will explore the “unseen” parts of the future King and Queen.

“The result is a truly intimate portrait of William and Catherine; providing not just unparalleled insight into who they are as individuals, but seismic revelations about them as a couple and the world they inhabit,” Myers wrote, adding that the biography “moves beyond the headlines as it explores love, resilience, and their journey together as they navigate their public duties amid this unprecedented era.”
Sources from the book include Palace insiders, and topics include the media scrutiny surrounding their 2022 Caribbean tour, the Princess of Wales’s cancer diagnosis, the King’s own health battle, and of course, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s departure from royal duties.
In the press release attached to the announcement, publisher Lorna Russell from Ebury Spotlight said, “It’s a time of extreme change and turmoil in the monarchy, and Russell finds a very human, emotional story unfolding at the centre of it. It’s powerful and revealing.”
She adds that the book introduces “a very real family, living their lives behind the pomp and ceremony” and predicted the biography would “completely change the narrative on the Royal family, in unexpected ways.”
