Louvre hikes ticket fees for non-Europeans, sparking outrage over dual pricing

Non-Europeans will soon have to pay more than their French counterparts to visit the Louvre after a price hike takes effect on Wednesday. Trade unions denounced the policy and have called for strike action over the change.
