Jennifer Lopez‘s 2026 Golden Globes dress came from her own closet!

The 56-year-old entertainer wore a sheer and lace archival Jean Louis Scherrer Haute Couture mermaid-style dress to the awards show on Sunday (January 11) at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

While walking the red carpet, Jennifer revealed she bought the dress.

“It’s a vintage gown, from early 2000s,” she added.

After Jennifer made the revelation, LILY et Cie, which is a vintage fashion boutique, took to Instagram to react.

“A legend at the pinnacle of her power swathed in a french couture fantasy of baroque embroidery that becomes a second skin crafted from hundreds of yards of silk tulle, exquisitely appliquéd with lace and hand-ornamented with stones. This is a level of workmanship possible only from a venerable grand couture house,” the boutique wrote along with a video of Jennifer on the red carpet.
