‘Disgusting’: Same professional protester allegedly found at nearly 100 different protests
A video purportedly exposing a “professional protester” at nearly 100 different protests is going viral with more than 7 million views in a single day on Sunday.
The clip by independent journalist Nate Friedman was shared by Elon Musk, and begins with Friedman interviewing a woman at a protest who says, “Right now, I’m representing myself and I’m representing the folks at Rise and Resist.”
Friedman asks her: “How much do they pay you to wear this vest?”
“Absolutely nothing,” she responds.

Rise and Resist bills itself as “a NONVIOLENT direct action group committed to opposing, disrupting, and defeating any government act that threatens democracy, equality, and our civil liberties.”
It also claims: “ALL profits pay for our signs, banners, handouts, etc. We are 100% unpaid volunteers.”
Friedman says he “did some digging and the woman trying to stop my interview is named Karin Schall. She is a professional protester. I found her at almost 100 different protests.
“Let’s look at her portfolio, shall we? Here’s her outside Trump Tower saying ‘TikTok time’s up.’ Here’s her saying ban guns, not drag. Amazing. This is her telling us that lies have consequences.”
“She is also very passionate about abortion. Even in the video right now, she’s just wearing a hat that says abortion on it. Sometimes she gets less creative, though, and just holds a sign that says: enough.”
“Now, here I found her working with a different professional protester that I’ve exposed. This is Stuart Waldman. He was there when they raised the Palestinian flag over City Hall in Rhode Island.”
Friedman points out Waldman is “on the board of RiseandResist.org, the company that is paying people like Karin for a second job as a professional protester.”
“And the donation link to give [this organization] money is just ActBlue, which is the fundraising platform for the Democrat Party.”
And regarding Schall, Friedman says: “I found her with another professional protester that I’ve exposed. This was back at the Tesla protest. This is just a few photos of this other professional protester out of maybe 50 that I found.”
“Disgusting,” said Bill Clinton sexual-assault accuser Juanita Broaddrick of the woman protester. “She appears very proud of her accomplishments!”
Dominic Alvieri, a cybersecurity analyst in Philadelphia, reacted to the video, saying: “Many paid protesters are paid TAX FREE.”
“Paid protestors are even advertised on several mainstream platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter (usually taxed) and have several job types. Finding them now requires more granular search using different keywords. Rise and Resist is still active but you’re right about ActBlue.”

He included a purported ZipRecruiter ad listing top types of paid protester jobs. It includes “Paid Agitator” with an annual salary range of $53,000 to $68,500, as well as “Full Time Professional Protest” making $30,000 to $38,500.
On Friday, Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham personally traveled to Minneapolis, Minnesota, to cover protests in the wake of the fatal shooting of anti-ICE activist Renee Good by a federal law-enforcement officer.
She encountered a woman shouting, “Shame! Shame!”
