Bears injury report: Top WR Rome Odunze active for playoff game vs. Packers
The Bears got one of their biggest weapons back just in time for the playoffs. Wide receiver Rome Odunze is active Saturday against the Packers, putting him in line to play for the first time since November.
Odunze missed the final five games of the regular season because of a stress fracture in his right foot, an injury that occurred after he'd already been playing through plantar fasciitis. The Bears thought they'd get Odunze back for their Dec. 14 game against the Browns, and he was active, but he aggravated his injury in pre-game warmups and was scratched.
In addition to Odunze, Bears nickel cornerback Kyler Gordon was activated from injured reserve Saturday afternoon and is active for the game. He also missed the last five games of the regular season because of a groin injury and played just three games this season.
Here are the Bears' inactives:
QB Case Keenum
OL Luke Newman
WR Jahdae Walker
DE Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (concussion)
LB Amen Ogbongbemiga (concussion)
LB Ruben Hyppolite
DB C.J. Gardner-Johnson (concussion)
