Warner Bros. Television Speaks Out After Timothy Busfield is Accused of Child Sexual Abuse
Warner Bros. Television is reacting to the allegations made against Timothy Busfield.
The 68-year-old The West Wing actor, who is married to Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert, was charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse.
The incident allegedly took place on the set of the FOX series The Cleaning Lady after Busfield joined as a director.
After Busfield‘s arrest warrant was made public, a rep for Warner Bros. Television shared a statement addressing the allegations.
Keep reading to find out more…“The health and safety of our cast and crew is always our top priority, especially the safety of minors on our productions,” the rep shared with People. “We take all allegations of misconduct very seriously and have systems in place to promptly and thoroughly investigate, and when needed, take appropriate action.”
“[We] have been and will continue to cooperate with law enforcement,” the rep added.
Warner Bros. Television developed and produced The Cleaning Lady, which ran from January 2022 until June 2025.
