EPIC! Rep. Nancy Mace Calls to Subpoena Immigration Records of Ilhan Omar and Ex-Brother-Husband

Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) officially moved to subpoena the long-hidden immigration records of Ilhan Omar and her alleged “brother-husband,” Ahmed Elmi.

During a heated House Oversight Committee hearing investigating the massive Somali-linked fraud networks that have bled Minnesota taxpayers dry under the failed leadership of Tim Walz, Mace didn’t hold back.

She zeroed in on the “Squad” member’s murky past, demanding transparency on allegations that have dogged Omar for years: that she committed radical marriage fraud to bypass U.S. immigration laws.

Of course, Democrats immediately came to Ilhan’s defense.

Rep. Nancy Mace: Yes, this is to subpoena the immigration records of Ilhan Omar and her alleged brother husband, and another husband whose names I cannot pronounce. The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is the Principal Oversight Committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate any manner at any time under House Rule 10.

And this, particularly, the legislative thing that this would inform would identify reforms regarding immigration fraud and denaturalization processes, potential criminal liability, things that we needed to address statutorially and legislatively, Mr. Chairman. Thank you.

According to the press release:

Public reporting has raised serious allegations Rep. Omar entered into a legal marriage in 2009 with a man she had privately identified as her brother, allegedly for the purpose of securing lawful immigration status. Reports further state she previously entered a religious marriage in 2002 which was not legally dissolved until years later.

“If these allegations are true, they raise grave concerns involving potential marriage fraud, immigration fraud, and violations of federal and state law,” Mace continued. “No one, no matter how politically protected, should be above the law.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that in 2009, Ilhan Omar married her brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, after she had split from her first ‘husband’, Ahmed Hirsi (she was married to Hirsi in a Muslim ceremony, but not registered with the state).

Ilhan Omar eventually had children with Ahmed Hirsi (non-brother-husband) while she was still legally married to her own brother Ahmed Elmi.

A Somali community leader came forward and confirmed these reports to The Daily Mail.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported, in 2017, Rep. Omar swore under penalty of perjury while divorcing her husband (brother) that she hadn’t seen Ahmed N. Elmi since 2011 and didn’t know anyone who could help her contact him.

Rep. Omar, who clearly has no respect for marriage, is currently going through a divorce from the father of her three children, Ahmed Hirsi, after she was caught cheating on her husband with her political consultant — who was also married.

The consultant, Tim Mynett, was hanging out with Ilhan Omar in public with his 13-year-old son before he told his wife of the affair.

Ilhan Omar’s real name may actually be Ilhan Nur Said. A resurfaced tweet from 2013 links to a now-deleted Instagram post in which she refers to her father by the name Nur Said.

In 2009, Rep. Omar married Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, who was the son of Nur Said.

An extensive report by David Steinberg in July revealed that in 1995, Ilhan entered the United States as a fraudulent member of the “Omar” family.

“That is not her family. The Omar family is a second, unrelated family which was being granted asylum by the United States. The Omars allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister Sahra, and her genetic father Nur Said to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family,” the report explained. “Ilhan’s genetic family split up at this time. The above three received asylum in the United States, while Ilhan’s three other siblings — using their real names — managed to get asylum in the United Kingdom.”

Steinberg reported that Ilhan Abdullahi Omar’s name, before applying for asylum, was Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.

“Her father’s name before applying for asylum was Nur Said Elmi Mohamed. Her sister Sahra Noor’s name before applying for asylum was Sahra Nur Said Elmi. Her three siblings who were granted asylum by the United Kingdom are Leila Nur Said Elmi, Mohamed Nur Said Elmi, and Ahmed Nur Said Elmi,” the report continued.

As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, Omar’s father, Nur Omar Mohamed (aka Nur Said Elmi Mohamed), is connected to the former genocidal dictator in Somalia, Said Barre.
