My top 3 goals are:
1. Expanding location
2. Incorporating new technologies
3. Adding new pizza styles to menu
How do you plan to improve business operations and profitability in 2026?
By incorporating new technologies – simpler yet more effective systems – and rebuilding a more effective menu.
How do you plan to support your employees’ growth and encourage retention in the new year?
My biggest goal with employees is to provide them with a purpose-driven culture that fulfills them and give them meaning to their careers. 2026 will model 2025 by increasing pay above current market value while also incorporating new benefits.
