Kate Middleton References Her Cancer Treatment During Hospital Visit with Prince William
Princess Catherine — aka Kate Middleton — made a reference to her cancer treatment during a surprise hospital visit with Prince William in London, England.
On Thursday (January 8), the 43-year-old Princess of Wales and the 43-year-old Prince of Wales visited Charing Cross Hospital and spoke with volunteers.
At one point, the princess responded to a volunteer who interacted with cancer patients, reflecting on her own experience.

According to Hello! magazine, the volunteer told Princess Catherine that patients could sometimes be receiving treatment “for hours” while treating cancer. The outlet reported that her response was simple: “I know.”
She then included her husband in the conversation, saying, “We know.”
After revealing her diagnosis the year prior, Princess Catherine seemingly confirmed that she was in remission in early 2025.
