Woman shot by ICE was 'leading an insurrection': MAGA host
Pro-MAGA host Steve Gruber argued that an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot a 37-year-old woman in Minneapolis to death because she was "leading an insurrection."
During an appearance on Real America's Voice, Gruber reflected on Wednesday's killing of Renee Nicole Good.
The MAGA host slammed Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) for readying the National Guard for action following the shooting.
"I was live on the air yesterday listening to his press conference, and I said, did he really just say he's going to bring in the Minnesota National Guard to go toe to toe with the federal government?" he asked. "It's exactly what he said."
"To me, it is seditious, it is treasonous, it is traitorous. What he said, does he think that he's going to take the Minnesota National Guard and go to war with the federal government?" the host added. "He's calling for the Minnesota National Guard to defend against federal agents doing their jobs and enforcing the laws of this government."
Gruber praised ICE for taking "more than 1,000 murderers, rapists, child traffickers, drug dealers, gangbangers off the streets of Minneapolis in the last few weeks."
"Now, as far as the shooting goes, this is pretty clear," he continued. "The first shot is right through the middle of the windshield. You know, the idea that he was not in danger is wrong. He had every right to engage."
"He shot a driver who, by the way, was leading an insurrection," Gruber added. "They were swarming ICE officers all over that day, yesterday, trying to interfere."
