CARL ALBERT STATE COLLEGE TO HOST ACEN ACCREDITATION VISIT FOR NURSING PROGRAM
Carl Albert State College (CASC) will host an on-site accreditation visit for its Nursing Program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) on February 3–5, 2026.
The accreditation visit is part of ACEN’s ongoing process to ensure nursing programs meet established standards of educational quality and student outcomes. During the visit, ACEN peer evaluators will review program materials, facilities, and student learning experiences to assess continued compliance with accreditation standards.
As part of the accreditation process, ACEN invites written and/or oral comments from the public regarding the Nursing Program at Carl Albert State College. These comments are an important component of the evaluation process and allow stakeholders to provide input about the program’s strengths and effectiveness.
Written Comments:
Members of the public who wish to submit written comments should send them directly to ACEN at least two weeks prior to the scheduled visit. Written comments must include the name, address, and contact information of the individual submitting the feedback.
Oral Comments:
Individuals wishing to provide oral comments during the accreditation visit should contact the Carl Albert State College Nursing Program to request an appointment. Oral comments are shared with the visiting team during the scheduled visit dates.
