Former NFL star Matt Kalil sues ex-wife Haley for discussing his genitals
Former NFL star Matt Kalil is suing his influencer ex-wife, Haley Kalil, following her remarks in a recent interview about the size of his penis, which she claimed resulted in the end of their seven-year marriage.
The 36-year-old ex-offensive tackle filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, accusing the 33-year-old model of invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, according court documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
The suit claims Haley’s November appearance on Marlon Garcia’s “Mar-Athon” livestream, in which she disclosed “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and sexual life,” resulted in “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.”
Matt says he has had to reap an onslaught of negative consequences after Haley equated his package to “two coke cans, maybe even a third” — all while she “received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.”
He also claims his current wife, Keilani Asmus, whom he wed 2024, was hounded by online messages that grew “increasingly frequent, disturbing and alarming in nature over time” in the wake of Haley’s “degrading and deeply personal statements.”
The former Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers star is asking for a jury trial and seeking damages exceeding $75,000.
In response, Haley told TMZ that she’s “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by the lawsuit, saying she’s “heartbroken” that her ex has chosen to subject them and their families to the “harrowing and emotionally draining experience” of litigation.
On the livestream, Haley said she and Matt were “trying to do the damn thing” as man and wife for seven years before calling it quits when she filed for divorce in 2022, citing irreconcilable differences. She admitted to Garcia that Kalil’s penis size “was the biggest factor” in ending their marriage.
“We tried everything, impossible — unless you’re going to be in tears,” she revealed.
She added that her ex-husband’s manhood was an issue for their “whole marriage,” and that they sought all kinds of professional help, but to no avail.
Following Haley’s comments, adult site CamSoda offered Kalil $300,000 to show off his significant package as part of their “Big Confidence” campaign.
CamSoda Vice President Daryn Parker told TMZ at the time that the campaign “celebrates men who can laugh at themselves, own their story and turn viral moments into empowerment.”
