Pro-Life Group Endorses Senator Tom Cotton for Re-Election

Today Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Candidate Fund announced its endorsement of U.S. Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) for re-election. Cotton holds an A+ on SBA Pro-Life America’s National Pro-Life Scorecard for his consistent pro-life record.

“Senator Tom Cotton has been a consistent and fearless champion for our precious unborn in Arkansas and across America,” said the Hon. Marilyn Musgrave, SBA Pro-Life America’s vice president of government affairs. “He’s a relentless advocate for women, moms, and children, and a fierce defender of the sanctity of life in the United States Senate. We’re proud to endorse Senator Tom Cotton to keep fighting for babies everywhere.”

Cotton welcomed the endorsement, saying:

It’s a privilege to fight alongside them to protect our unborn. I’m honored to receive SBA’s endorsement for my re-election as U.S. Senator for Arkansas.”

Cotton serves as chair of the Senate Republican Conference, the third-ranking member of Senate GOP leadership. He has introduced the Helping with Equal Access to Leave and Investing in Needs for Grieving (HEALING) Mothers and Fathers Act to provide family and medical leave after miscarriage and stillbirth, as well as legislation to make China ineligible for normal trade relations unless they stop performing and ordering forced abortions. In a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, he questioned former Attorney General Merrick Garland about the Biden administration’s disparate prosecution of peaceful pro-life activists.
