Former Youngsville police chief fined for ethics violations

Rickey J. Boudreaux, former Youngsville Police Chief, was cited for two violations of the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics and ordered to pay a $200 fine for instructing the police department not to administer field sobriety tests or issue traffic citations and for facilitating the payment of gift cards from a motorist to two officers.
