An application has been lodged for the construction of a detached 10-pen cattery at 194 Birchwood Road in Wilmington.
The applicants want to approve waste management, access, and parking details linked to permission for the demolition of a chicken pen and construction on the site.
Proposals have also been submitted for land at Chapter Farm in Red Street, Southfleet.
Developers are seeking permission to demolish existing buildings and construct three detached homes, with associated parking and amenity space.
Another notable submission relates to healthcare facilities, with an application lodged to approve biodiversity net gain details connected to the previously approved Community Diagnostic Centre at Livingstone Hospital in Dartford.
The submission includes details for a new pedestrian access ramp and associated parking, forming part of the wider healthcare development.
