Chrissy Teigen Shares Toothless Smile After Accidentally Knocking Out a Front Veneer

Chrissy Teigen is going to think twice before she attempts holiday magic for her kids again!

The 40-year-old cookbook author posted a humorous video to her Instagram over the weekend revealing that she knocked out one of her front veneers while “growing” candy canes for her children.

“Merry chrithmath from our family to yours!!!!!!!” she jokingly captioned the post.

In the video called “Growing Candy Cane (Gone wrong),” Chrissy helps kids Luna, 9, Miles, 7, Esti and Wren, both 2, fill potted pots with crushed up Oreo cookies as the “dirt” to grow candy canes after a few days.

Days later in the clip, Chrissy is seen on a couch next to candy canes as she laughs and reveals she knocked out her tooth.

“I’ve been working on candy cane-growing. I tried to open one of these bad boys … my tooth fell off,” she laughed, showing her toothless smile.

Chrissy said she salvaged “the whole piece” of her veneer.

“This is what moms do for their kids, so you can think you grew a candy cane. I was trying to create magic — now I have no tooth. And tomorrow’s the Winter Sing … oh my God!” she added, referring to their school recital.

“Had to go to recital like this,” she wrote, as she could be seen singing along in the audience with a face mask under her chin.

A little while later, she shared on her Story that she was already at the dentist getting the veneer fitted back on: “We are back in business, shout out to the tooth goat,” she said, referring to her dentist Dr. Laurence Rifkin.

“Was cool to say hi to my old tooth for a while hiiii old tooth!” she added. Watch the whole saga above!
