Serie A: Fiorentina vs. Udinese – Confirmed line-ups
Fiorentina are in desperate need of a win, and look to Moise Kean and Albert Gudmundsson for goals as they host Udinese at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Serie A on Sunday evening.
It has been a miserable season for La Viola, whose only victories this season have come in the Conference League.
They remain rooted to the bottom of the Serie A table with just six points from 15 matches, and were on the losing side of an early relegation six-pointer in a 2-1 defeat against Hellas Verona last time out in Serie A. They have since been beaten 1-0 by Lausanne in Europe.
Udinese, meanwhile, are coming in off the back of an impressive 1-0 victory against reigning Serie A champions Napoli last weekend. That victory places them in 11th in the Serie A table ahead of kick-off, and a win on Sunday evening will take them comfortably into the top half of the table.
Fiorentina have named almost the same side that lost 2-1 against Verona last weekend: Cher Ndour comes in for Simon Sohm in midfield in the only change. Moise Kean and Albert Gudmundsson lead the attacking line.
Unsurprisingly, Udinese are unchanged following their win over Napoli last time out. The in-form Nicolo Zaniolo partners Keinan Davis in attack, with support coming from Jakub Piotrowski, Jesper Karlstrom and Jurgen Ekkelenkamp in midfield.
Kick-off is due at 17.00 GMT.
