Karoline Leavitt Seemingly Responds to Viral 'Vanity Fair' White House Close-Up Photos
Karoline Leavitt is seemingly responding to the discourse surrounding her appearance in the newly released White House portraits from Vanity Fair.
If you didn’t know, a recent profile of Susie Wiles and White House staffers included close up portraits that were not very forgiving, putting what appeared to be her lip filler injection sites on full display.
The photographer who took the pictures spoke out about the portraits, and now it seems the 28-year-old White House press secretary is responding in her own way.

In a new Instagram post, she shared photos of herself adjusting her hair while preparing to do an interview.
“Behind the scenes before a live interview on the North Lawn of the White House, captured by @anna.money ????,” she captioned the post, which you can see here.
“Why would you post this. It’s not important. Nobody cares,” one top commenter wrote.
“Turns out this is not what you really look like lol,” another reads.
“Your injector is part of the resistance ????????????,” another commenter wrote.
White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers also said it was “clear that Vanity Fair intentionally photographed Karoline and the White House staff in bizarre ways, and deliberately edited the photos, to try to demean and embarrass them,” per People.
“Karoline is a beautiful person and truly one of the most incredible people you will meet in politics, and she is doing an extraordinary job serving the American people as the White House Press Secretary,” she continued.
