New Lawsuit Alleges Riley Keough Is the Biological Mother of John Travolta's Son Ben
Riley Keough is allegedly the biological mother of John Travolta‘s youngest son, according to a new lawsuit.
The claim comes from Priscilla Presley‘s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who are suing Priscilla‘s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, for breach of contract.
The business partners claim in their amended complaint that John and his late wife Kelly Preston used the eggs of the 36-year-old eldest daughter of Lisa Marie Presley to give birth to their son, Ben.

The couple welcomed Ben in 2010.
In the new legal documents, Brigitte says that Riley got paid between $10,000 and $20,000 and “an old Jaguar” in exchange for the egg donorship in the deal.
Riley allegedly agreed after her late mom Lisa Marie once offered hers to the couple. Per the complaint, Lisa agreed to help the couple conceive after her ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told her that John and Kelly weren’t able to have their own kids.
“Lockwood claimed that Travolta needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men, which threatened his career as a leading man,” the complaint reads, obtained by National Enquirer.
The document claims that “Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant,” but does not clarify whether that alleged donation produced a baby for the couple.
“Lockwood claimed that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them, and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta,” the complaint goes on to say, claiming that Michael also said “the entire arrangement required a ‘sign off’ from the Church of Scientology, which heavily involved Priscilla’s oversight.”
Michael allegedly wanted the business associates to use this information “to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters,” per the complaint.
When Navarone learned about that, he allegedly “threw a tantrum, demanding that Plaintiffs keep Riley’s and Travolta’s son out of the press, since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king,’” per the complaint, which also claims he “demanded a multi-million-dollar settlement.”
After Lisa Marie‘s death, “the entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators,” according to the lawsuit.
If you didn’t know, Priscilla and her former business associates have been locked in a financial dispute legal battle over the past year. Last year, Priscilla sued the business associates for fraud and elder abuse, which they denied.
Priscilla was also accused of causing her daughter Lisa Marie‘s passing by Brigitte, who also claims Priscilla put “undue [financial] pressure” on Elvis Presley, leading to his own death. Here’s how Priscilla and Riley responded a few months ago.
Priscilla’s attorney Marty Singer issued a statement to Us Weekly in response.
“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant.”
“These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court,” the lawyer added.
Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP, who represents the business associates, responded with his own statement, saying: “Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint. They have been accused of horrific acts that are not supported by any evidence whatsoever. These accusations are especially painful given the enormous amount of work they performed to keep the Presley family together during an extremely difficult and divisive period of time.”
“Their efforts resolved all Presley family disputes in the wake of Lisa Marie’s untimely passing. Every matter was settled, all parties were paid, and closure was achieved. It was only after this work was completed that Ms. Kruse and Mr. Fialko were cast aside, not paid for their work and falsely accused of wrongdoing without any proof whatsoever. This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility. Ms. Kruse and Mr. Fialko remain confident that the truth will prevail and trust that the courts will not favor one person over another simply because of one party’s celebrity status.”
