TV Insider reports that the character will debut in season 2′s 12th episode, premiering on Monday, January 12, 2026.
The outlet describes Beau as a “talented neurosurgeon with a megawatt smile, who once frequented the halls of Bronx General.” Beau genuinely cares about his patients and has more in common with Dr. Wolf than first meets the eye.
According to executive producer Michael Grassi, Beau hails from Josh’s past, and the neurosurgeon was with him “for a long period of time,” setting the stage for plenty of unresolved tension.
“Wolf ends up needing his help with something, which tees us up for, I would say, an awkward dynamic for Wolf,” the exec shared. “But there are some surprises and some unexpected elements to this story that unfold fairly quickly that will make you lean in a way that you don’t expect.”
Marco is a Brazilian actor best known for Gen V and this year’s horror film Bone Lake. He has also starred in the Netflix series Tidelands and Invisible City.
