Packers star Micah Parsons: 'I will rise again' after season-ending injury
Packers edge rusher Micah Parsons declared that he “may be sidelined, but I am not defeated” after tearing his ACL on Sunday against the Broncos.
He’ll be out for the rest of the season, starting with Saturday night’s game against the Bears at Soldier Field.
“This injury is my greatest test—a moment God allowed to strengthen my testimony,” Parsons wrote on social media. “I believe He walks with me through this storm and chose me for this fight because He knew my heart could carry it.
“I’m deeply grateful to the Packers organization and my teammates for their unwavering support, love, and belief in me during this season. I trust His timing, His plan, and His purpose. I will rise again.”

The 10-4 Bears lead the NFC North, a title the Packers can reclaim if they win Saturday night in the the rivalry rematch. At 9-4-1, they’d be the seventh seed in the playoffs were the season to end today — which is the same position the Bears sat in before Sunday’s games. The Bears are the second seed after beating the Browns and watching the Packers and Lions lose road games Sunday.
