Amy Schumer Confirms Split from Husband Chris Fischer After 7 Years of Marriage
Amy Schumer and husband Chris Fischer are ending their marriage.
The 44-year-old Trainwreck actress took to her Instagram account on Friday night (December 12) to confirm her breakup.
The message came just a few hours after Deuxmoi broke the news and reported that “Amy & Chris have decided to part ways and move toward divorce.”

Amy posted a typo-filled message that referenced her weight loss.
“Blah blah blah Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage after 7 years. We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son. We would appreciate people respecting our privacy at this time,” she began.
Amy continued, “blah blah blah not becisse I dropped some lbs and thought I could bag s basket and not because he’s a hot Janlmes beard award winning chef who can still pull some hot tail. Amicable and all love and respect! Family forever.”
Amy and Chris, a chef, got married in February 2018. They welcomed their son Gene in May 2019.
One month ago, an insider said that the couple was working through “normal issues” in their relationship.
