On a newly released, pre-recorded episode of the Boyfriend Material podcast with Harry Jowsey, Marciano noted that he was 110% taking legal action.
“I can’t say too much about the specifics, but like you just said, I’m not taking this lightly and once you cross that line with my father, nah. I’m done now. Now you pissed me off, because at first, I was kinda like, ‘I don’t know if I really want to,’” he said.
“You know, I can listen to the public and them saying I should and all these things, but I know once again, I can’t get into specifics, but I know, oh yeah, I got this,” he continued. “I’m not even gonna let it, I can’t let you get away with this sh-t. You defamed me. I’m done with you. You said bad things about my family. All right, here we go.”
On the podcast, Marciano revealed he was contracted to film during all of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season three, but was cut halfway through after Demi‘s allegations came out. He shared he was also supposed to go on Netflix’s Perfect Match, but was also cut from that about a week before he was to go film.
Marciano did note that the production company behind Secret Lives recently followed him on social media, so he’s unsure if they might bring him back, but he’s not sure he would want to do it.
He also said that Lisa Vanderpump had his back, and that was seemingly confirmed on the Secret Lives season three reunion, when it was revealed he was going to appear in the upcoming third season of Vanderpump Villa.
If you missed it, it was recently revealed that Marciano was suing Demi, with his attorneys saying she defamed him, harmed his reputation and that the production company “amplified the same accusations for profit” by building “major storylines and republishing them, airing the claims “in a way designed to maximize impact while cutting Marciano out and denying him any meaningful opportunity to respond.”
