Palace Theatre to host free holiday movie screenings

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Palace Theatre in Albany will once again host a lineup of free holiday movies throughout December. Tickets are on sale now.
This year's lineup features three kid-friendly Christmas films and one film for Family Fun Day. Doors for each screening will open one hour before the scheduled showtime.
2025 film lineup
- December 8 -- "The Muppet Christmas Carol"
- Doors open at 6 p.m., film begins at 7 p.m.
- December 15 -- "Elf"
- Doors open at 6 p.m., film begins at 7 p.m.
- December 19 -- "It's a Wonderful Life"
- Doors open at 6 p.m., film begins at 7 p.m.
- December 28 -- "A Minecraft Movie" for Family Fun Day
- Doors open at 12 p.m., film begins at 1 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased on the Palace Theatre website. Groups may also reserve seats by calling (518) 465-3335 ext. 127.
