Toledo woman struck and killed while riding electric scooter
A 31-year-old Toledo woman was struck and killed by an unidentified vehicle on North Holland Sylvania Road in Sylvania Township early Sunday morning. Emmalee J. Jackman, 31, was riding a GoTrax G3 Plus electric scooter southbound near the intersection of Huntingfield Boulevard about 12:20 a.m. when she was struck by an unknown vehicle heading the same direction. The driver hit Ms. Jackson and fled, the patrol said.
