Tottenham are not slowing down in the transfer market, and their next move could be for a prolific Ligue 1 striker, despite having already held talks with Yoane Wissa.
Tottenham Hotspur’s transfer business is gathering pace as the Lilywhites are finally splashing the cash, and this time it is not just on youngsters.
Of course, the current Spurs squad is filled with young, talented players with huge potential; however, the need for experienced heads is clear to see.
Tottenham now look to be addressing those needs, as Mohammed Kudus has joined Spurs, signing a six-year deal, after spending the last two seasons in the English top flight.

Morgan Gibbs-White of Nottingham Forest is also expected to move to Tottenham after the Lilywhites triggered his £60 million release clause, but the transfer is set to be delayed as Forest are taking legal action against Spurs.
While that move is expected to be sorted, Tottenham are still very much active in the summer window, with reports linking them with a move for a striker.
It has been claimed in recent weeks that Spurs are expected to go ahead with a move for Yoane Wissa, despite the signing of Mohammed Kudus.
Now, a fresh report from Africa Foot claims that Tottenham are preparing a bid for OGC Nice striker Evann Guessand.
The centre-forward, who grabbed 13 goals and provided nine assists in 33 Ligue 1 games, is attracting interest not just from Spurs, but also from Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce.
Spurs weighing up £22m move for Guessand
It is understood that Spurs are readying a €25m (£22m) offer for the 24-year-old striker, but it remains to be seen if a move for Guessand will affect one for Wissa.
The Brentford man is said to be available for a whopping £50 million this summer, even with just a year left on his contract.
But that price tag would come as no surprise, as Wissa has Premier League experience, having scored 45 Premier League goals in 137 matches.
With Wissa, turning 29 in September, and Guessand, 24, alongside the steep asking price from Brentford, Tottenham sure have a decision to make on the forward they bring in this summer.
