Thought process:
Petry is one the best power bats in college, but has hit everywhere too, so hit tool should be playable and game power too. Cape Cod MVP. I'm actually surprised he's not ranked higher. Performance and impact are loud. There's some Charlie Condon in his profile. At 27, well worth the "risk". Got some Pete Alonso ceiling comps, along with Seth Beer floor risk.
Godbout otoh is among the best pure hitters in college. Was a projected late 1st rd, but some fatigue and a slow start (and well below career BABIP) have him slipping into mid/late 2nd range. For a pure hitter, he's got good power potential in a 6'2 frame. Fringe SS glove, but 2B, 3B and maybe CF could be in play. He's a good buy low here.
R. Mitchell is a quick rising HS bat. Some projection risk, but very athletic and toolsy with plus bat and foot speed. Top of the order type with power projection in 6'1 frame.
Thompson your pitchability big conference college LHP with track record and control. I like the sound of "one of the best FB" in the class despite sitting 90-93, t95 thanks to elite IVB. The type of college pitcher with sneaky upside if you can add a couple of ticks.
Jannicelli is a 6'6 projection arm that has performed at elite level in California. Lots to like. Throw some over slot money at him.
Barr is the elite JuCo arm in this class. Floor of backend bullpen guy. Huge upside. 6'6 lively arm, lots of movement.
Northeastern has a strong team they're 44-9. Give me their 3 (undervalued) best players, thank you. Maldonado is a big framed CF with power/speed combo. Tooled up Guy Lipscomb.
Mccoy, Munroe, Bowker and Volini are flying under the radar a bit despite performing on big school programs. I like the value of small school or JuCo transfers like them with performance track records at different levels.
Worley is another over slot gamble. Older HS arm with small school commitment, so could be signable for a reasonable sum.
The rest are performing college bats/arms, mostly small school who don't appear on many top lists (yet). Some of them (especially the pitchers) will go a lot earlier in 2 months.
