Nicole Ari Parker Models Spring 2025 Alexandre Vauthier Couture Dress and Unconventional Toe Sandals for King’s Trust Gala
Nicole Ari Parker showcased a dramatic black ensemble by Alexandre Vauthier rounded out by a distinctive pair of sandals at the King’s Trust Gala in New York City on Thursday, where additional attendees included Teyana Taylor, Iman, Heidi Klum, her daughter Leni Klum and Sam Smith, among many others.
Going for a monochrome black aesthetic, the “And Just Like That” actress wore a striking design by Alexandre Vauthier which was showcased in Paris earlier this year as part of the label’s spring 2025 couture collection. The look includes a mini bubble skirt and a sweeping cape tied with a dainty bow at the neck; the cape was crafted with elegant folds which contribute to the drama of the look. Parker’s accessories included a clutch from Roger Vivier. Her wavy blonde bob, meanwhile, contrasted her all-black aesthetic.
Parker kept things interesting with her footwear. Continuing to represent Alexandre Vauthier’s spring 2025 couture collection, she donned a pair of black sandals from the brand with an unconventional design: the upper featured an encasement for just the big toe while the other toes were uncovered. This toe cover transitioned into a slender strap that reached diagonally across the foot; the sandal design also included a double ankle strap and a wide high heel elevating the set.
Parker attended the event with her husband Boris Kodjoe, whom she’s been married to since 2005. He complemented her outfit with a sleek black and white suit look, exuding an easygoing vibe with no tie and a few unfastened shirt buttons.
