What’s your bag, baby? Are you in the groove, always being funky fresh with your favorite political party, having a blast yet? Everybody is getting triggered, pushing their agenda for whatever cause célèbre strikes them. Having fun with haters. From the price of eggs to the cost of freedom. Quick fix fodder for the conspiracy theorists and doomsayers. It’s cool to be a hate monger. It’s hip to flaunt white privileged billionaires. Do you let them get under your skin with an itch that you can never scratch?
The sky’s always falling on unsuspecting heads with the latest injustices and propaganda rewrites. Going through the day's news cycles and watching sound bites of someone saying something about a lot of nothing. This daily nonsense draws attention to the madness like a crazy magnetic field of miscreant misinformation that negates facts and basic science. Mob mentality trumps common sense. The negation of misguided faux knowledge resonates within a pea brain of fear and ignorance that knows no limits. The lies, big, small, and everywhere in between, pile up like old, moldy newspapers stacked in the basement, buried under yesterday’s headlines.
What’s the buzz? Tell me what’s happening. The angry mob advances with torches and pitchforks. Screaming for the monster to come out and face its fate. They wave flags, American symbols, the most obnoxious of all, the MAGA TRUMP banners. The international symbol of distress is an upside-down American red, white, and blue, old glory. The guns, knives, pipe bombs, nail clippers, Molotov cocktails, swizzle sticks, and a six-pack of Bud Light complement a toast and cheers to the perverse pageantry. Besides being the official beer of gay-baiters, Bud Light tastes like piss.
We haven’t seen this many openly criminal men and women holding offices in the current Musk/Trump corporation since the corrupt regime of Ronald Reagan. The scandal-ridden administration of the Just Say No to Drugs promo, meanwhile, funded covert wars through cocaine smuggling operations through the CIA, creating the crack epidemic. It’s the bait-and-switch and cheap tricks that fool you every time. They’re banking on it. That is what happens when you turn the other cheek. You get bitch-slapped by the media’s government disinformation campaigns.
Get hip to the lingo, by jingo. It’s a brave old world. Nothing new. Screw me, Sue you. I got an army of lawyers to shield me from you woke-ass SOB's who want to ruin my fun. I want my military parade. They know exactly what they do to make your life miserable. The cowards are running scared. Roy Orbison has nothing on them. In dreams, we sleepwalk together into the future of boxes and preformed molds, pigeonholed and singled out. We made an example of duplicating our own image, transformed by the creation of demented demigods on the bandwagon media blitz over at the parade of horrors.
I don’t know where you get your information. You have eyes to see evildoers at work doing what they do best. Systematically dismantling our world, piece by piece, and destroying it. We have the ears to hear the lies they tell with thinly-veiled, bated breath. Making up buzzwords to placate the sheep among the flock, soon to become slaughtered and butchered. Following the cult of poison personality jumping off the cliffs of no return.
It’s not my idea of the making it great again mentality. There’s no greatness in this equation. We lose if we give permission to allow them to play the game without any rules or consequences. They want to own the libs. They run on a fear factor in tandem with intimidation, blackmailing, extortion, bribery, and the threat of violence.
Many diehard supporters of this new regime blindly adhere to the racial stereotypes and the hackneyed rhetoric of Christian nationalism. Sir, we will follow you to the bowels of hell. Sir, you’re the supreme ruler. They demand respect but offer none in return. They naively believe people will just roll over and play dead. Meanwhile, they know the right buttons to push. If they can’t have you, nobody can.
