Chloe Sevigny Picks White Louis Vuitton Ruched Heels for ‘Magic Farm’ Q&A in New York City
Chloe Sevigny was promoting her new project “Magic Films.” The star was trumpeting the comedy in a Q&A in New York City.
For the look, Sevigny wore an oversized, baggy jacket. In addition she wore a flouncy miniskirt. She carried a Louis Vuitton LV Biker bag.
For shoes, the fashion star wore the Louis Vuitton LV Knot pump. The leather style featured a sharply pointed toe. Composed of leather, it is a surreal take on the classic pump. With a pointed vamp, the shoe’s upper appears as ruched fabric, bunched on itself.
In addition, the style includes a 3.7 inch hand-crafted heel. The heel appears tied in a knot. There was a monogram-canvas back loop on the counter as well.
The shoe initially debuted at the Louis Vuitton spring 2024 show. It was designed by Nicolas Ghesquiere. The initial sale price was $1,360. Other versions included the same shoe in black as well as another shoe with a knotted flourish on the top.
Hoyeon Jung wore another shoe from that collection when she attended the brand’s pre-fall show in Shanghai. It kept the same heel. Instead, the upper was a newfangled style that was part thong-sandal and part pump. All designs were made-in-Italy.
In February, Sevigny fronted the Jimmy Choo spring 2025 campaign. That series was shot by Ezra Petronio and Lana Petrusevych of Petronio Associates. She wore a selection of mule shoes as well as pumps. This came after previously fronting the company’s spring 2016 campaign. A month later, she appeared as a face of Ecco’s campaign.
She notably wore the company’s lace-up sneaker as well as a black slide. That was Ecco’s spring 2025 campaign.
