JoJo Siwa’s ex-partner Kath UNFOLLOWS CBB star and takes dig after shock split and accusations of ’emotional cheating’
JOJO Siwa’s ex-partner Kath has unfollowed the Celebrity Big Brother star on Instagram after their shock split.
Australian content creator Kath, 27, told her followers how JoJo dumped her at the series wrap party after they had flown in especially to support her during the final.
Non-binary Kath said she felt “numb” and “humiliated” after the split and accused her ex of emotional cheating inside the house where she struck up a close bond with Chris Hughes.
Now the influencer has distanced themselves from JoJo online and hit the unfollow button. They still follow JoJo’s mum Jessalynn, who looked after the dancers channel while she was in the house.
They also appeared to take aim at JoJo after she said she now identifies as queer instead of lesbian.
Kath shared a picture of a banner reading: “A day without lesbians is like a day without sunshine.”
It followed JoJo declaring: “I feel so queer. I’ve never – I think I’ve always told myself, I’m a lesbian. I think you – I think being here – I’ve realised I am not a lesbian, I’m queer.
“And I think that’s really cool, I’m switching letters! I’ve dropped the L and I’ve gone to the Q baby! That’s what I love about sexuality.”
Kath spoke of their confused feelings watching JoJo and Chris Hughes’ increasingly intimate behaviour in the house.
There were nightly cuddles in bed, slow dancing and even canoodling in a hot tub all of which raised eyebrows among viewers and housemates.
Drag Race UK star Danny Beard even warned them: “You two need to either f**k or stop.”
Kath said they had “been hurt by what I saw, but wanted to work through it” in reference to JoJo’s close friendship with Chris, 32.
They added: “Before I could even get back to the hotel I went to the afterparty with, I guess my now ex, crazy thing to say, and was dumped in the party.
“I was told that there are confused feelings there, do with that what you will, and they had realised in the house that I wasn’t the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable.”
One supporter raged: “I’m fuming for you. Idk if it’s too soon to mention but let’s just say Karma IS a b*tch, let her cook.”
Another said: “I’m so sorry for both of you I think JoJo just needed to find herself and doing cbb she found part of herself, sending huge loves and hugs it so very sad but onwards and upwards beauts.”
A third posted: “Wow! I have followed you for years. You were far too good for this person anyways. You have left with dignity sending love.”
Another said: “I have been watching this unfold and I cannot imagine what you are going through – I’m so sorry Kath, you are such an icon for so many Australian lgbtqia+ members! You’re so much more than this.”
The pair reunited at the wrap party following dancer JoJo’s third placed finish.
Chris and JoJo were grilled about their closeness by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best after leaving the house but insisted they were just good friends.
After the housemates received letters from home ahead of the final, JoJo cryptically told Chris in the bedroom: “I’ve been better. Give me 48 hours. Love you, appreciate you. You’re a special one.”
JoJo explained on Late and Live that receiving the letter from home left her discombobulated as she’d blanked out the outside world up until that point.
She said Chris reassured her it was normal and that with the final so close and that it was OK for her to let her mind drift to loved ones.
