WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. (NEWS10) -- A Massachusetts man is charged with multiple counts of surveillance at Williams College.
In January, Williamstown police received a report from the college campus safety service after a student brought them a camera disguised as a phone charger in a public bathroom in the Lasell Gymnasium.
Maxwell Hall, 21, was charged with 18 counts of photographing, videotaping or electronically surveilling a partially nude or nude person. He is scheduled to appear in court in June for arraignment.
