High street discount chain slashes the price of huge bags of Toblerone to 50p from £4
CHOCOLATE fans are scrambling to a major retailer after it dropped the price of Toblerone bags to just 50p – down from £4.
B&M is behind the deal, with the Toblerone Tiny Bags (280g) spotted on sale at a branch in Bordon, Hampshire.
One eagle-eyed shopper posted the bargain to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group and said it was in B&M Bordon, Hampshire.
The post quickly caused a stir on social media, with shoppers eager to grab the deal.
One replied: “What a bargain!”
Another, tagging a sibling, wrote: “Dad would be wanting them.”
A third added: “Oh that’s good. My sister lives there lol.”
And someone else urged their pal: “Get yourselves in there.”
But not everyone was sold.
One commenter complained: “They’re rank, all of them taste like dark chocolate for some reason.”
The Toblerone Tiny Bags include bite-sized chunks of the classic Swiss chocolate.
As always, stock can vary by location, so it’s worth checking your nearest B&M to see if you can bag the bargain too.

Last week, Toblerone confirmed it has axed an iconic chocolate bar leaving shoppers devastated.
Sweet giant Mondelez has exclusively told The Sun, shoppers will no longer be able to get their hands on the dark chocolate version of the bar.
Recently, shoppers were flocking to Morrisons to get their hands on a whopping 360g Toblerone bar.
The sweet treat was being snapped up for just £3 using Morrisons More card.
The bars previously hit shelves for £6.26, meaning shoppers are making a saving of over 50%.
Elsewhere, shoppers have been racing to B&M after spotting Cadbury’s Daim Eggs back on shelves for just £1.50.
The Easter treat made its return after the Christmas version, Dairy Milk Robins, was discontinued, leaving shoppers gutted.
Recently, Morrisons slashed the price of a number of its big packs of Cadbury chocolates to just 87p.
The chocolates include Bitsa Wispa, Crunchie Rocks, Oreo Bites, and Cadbury Animals, all going for a fraction of their usual price.
The 110g bags of sweet treats usually range anywhere between £1.75 to £2 at the major supermarkets.
