Quavo replaces NLE Choppa as Parkfest headliner at MVP Arena
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Rapper and producer Quavo will now be headlining the UAlbany Student Association's annual Parkfest at MVP Arena on April 25. Quavo replaced NLE Choppa, who was originally slated to be the concert's premier act.
Quavo is best known for formerly fronting the hip-hop group Migos. He's earned four Grammy Award nominations throughout his career and is acclaimed for his songs "Workin' Me," "Flip the Switch (featuring Drake)," and "Tough (with Lana Del Rey)."
UAlbany students can get discounted tickets by showing their student ID at the venue’s box office. The festival is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. with a performance by rapper Hunxho.
MVP Arena is located at 51 South Pearl Street. You can buy Parkfest tickets online through Ticketmaster.
