When does the Debenhams sale finish?

There’s currently no official end date for the Debenhams sale, however we expect popular items to sell out quickly.

Many items have 75% off, and some have an extra 25% off.

Also, at the moment you’ll not have to pay for delivery on beauty and fashion orders when you spend over £15.

Can you return Debenhams sale items?

Yes, any items bought in the sale can be returned within 28 days for a refund.

However, there are some exceptions. Debenhams will not accept returns on beauty, skincare, pierced jewellery, vitamins and other supplements if the product seal has been broken. Personalised items also cannot be refunded.

Swimwear and lingerie will only be accepted for refund if the hygiene seals have not been removed.

Shoes and clothing should be returned unworn with all labels still attached.

While homewares, bedding and computer software must all be in their original packaging and unopened.

Who owns Debenhams?

Once a high street giant, Debenhams has had a rocky road over the years, but it’s now owned by Boohoo Group, the online fashion retailer.

Boohoo snapped up the brand in January 2021 after Debenhams went into administration.

However, they only acquired the name, website, and customer data – so those iconic department stores we all remember are now a thing of the past.

Boohoo has transformed Debenhams into an online-only retailer, focusing on fashion, beauty, and homeware.

The move aligns with Boohoo’s expertise in e-commerce, allowing them to target a wider audience while keeping costs down.

Although the department store doors have closed, Debenhams’ legacy lives on in a new digital era.

So, if you’re missing your favourite brands, you can still shop them online – with plenty of deals and discounts to sweeten the deal!

Is Debenhams now online only?

Yes, Debenhams is now an online-only retailer.

After the company went into administration in 2020, it was acquired by Boohoo Group in early 2021.

However, the deal didn’t include the iconic high-street stores, meaning all physical locations were closed for good.

Now, Debenhams operates exclusively as a digital department store, offering a wide range of fashion, beauty, homeware, and garden products through its website.

While stepping into a Debenhams store may be a thing of the past, you can still shop for your favourite brands and discover great deals online.
