Kanye West makes harrowing childhood incest ‘confession’ in latest shocking post on X as he debuts new song ‘Cousins’
KANYE West has sparked fresh concern after making a disturbing claim on social media, alleging he was involved in incestuous acts with his male cousin as a child.
In a post on X, the 47-year-old rapper claimed his upcoming track was inspired by a cousin who is reportedly serving a life sentence for murder.
West — who now goes by Ye — shared that his song ‘Cousin’ was triggered by childhood memories of sexual encounters with the unnamed relative.
“My name is Ye and I sucked my cousins d**k till I was 14,” the Stronger hitmaker wrote in the harrowing post, which has over six million views.
The post added: “This song is called COUSIN about my cousin that’s locked in jail for life for killing a pregnant lady a few years after I told him we wouldn’t ‘look at dirty magazines together’ anymore.”
“Perhaps in my self centered mess I felt it was my fault that I showed him those dirty magazines when he was 6 and then we acted out what we saw,” West continued.
“My dad had playboy magazines but the magazines I found in the top of my moms closet were different.”
A music video accompanying the track features erratic clips and disturbing visuals, including a topless woman with Nazi swastikas for nipples, E! News reports.
The lyrics repeatedly state: “I gave my cousin h**d” and “I told my cousin not to tell nobody.”
West also appears to address his recent rocky patch with wife Bianca Censori in the track, rapping: “I told you, don’t leave me, I need you by my side.”
“I didn’t get no sleep that night… If you don’t leave me, I’ll probably be alright.”
Following the revelation, rapper Ferg voiced public support, tweeting: “Good for @kanyewest now you can be whole. When people start to act out you never know the root of the issue! Sending love brother your a goat.”
Kanye retweeted the message, adding a single black heart emoji.
He later posted a photo alongside Censori, suggesting the pair are back on solid ground after weeks of speculation about their marriage.
“Fit pic,” he captioned the snap, which shows Bianca in a baby blue corset and thigh-high boots, posing next to Kanye in an all-black ensemble.
Despite appearing united in public, the couple’s relationship has faced intense scrutiny in recent months.
Kanye previously rapped that Bianca had allegedly “tried to get [him] committed” and hinted at a split.
Bianca is now said to be encouraging the rapper to have a baby, hoping it might save their marriage, the Daily Mail reports.
Meanwhile, Kanye’s erratic social media behavior continues to worry fans.
His account was deactivated in February following a series of sexist, homophobic, and anti-Semitic posts — but was reactivated just three days later.
Since then, the rapper has continued to shock and polarize, frequently deleting controversial posts before launching into fresh tirades.
His past antisemitic comments led to widespread backlash in 2022, and although he later apologized, he has since doubled down, writing he would never “trust or work with Jewish people” again.
Bianca, who was thrust into the public eye through her marriage to West, faced speculation about being under “coercive control” after a controversial nude look at the Grammys.
Kanye fired back, claiming he has “dominion” over her.
Kanye previously addressed the cousin in question in a 2018 interview with Jimmy Kimmel, saying: “My cousin is locked up for murder and I love him. So he did a bad thing, but I still love him.”
Kim Kardashian, Kanye’s ex-wife, also referenced the cousin in a documentary, saying: “He’s got a double life sentence for a murder he committed when he was 17.”
She added the family had become desensitized to tragedy: “That’s just what happens to the kids in our neighbourhood.”
