One dead and several injured in Spaulding after Saturday tornado
SPAULDING, Okla. (KFOR) - Hughes County officials announced one person was killed and several were injured after a tornado touched down in Spaulding on Saturday night.
Hughes County Emergency Management said that the tornado touched down around 10:35 p.m. Two homes were destroyed, several small structures were damaged, and many trees were damaged.
The two homes were on the west side of N 369 Rd on E 138 Rd in Spaulding.
While one person was killed, two others were injured. Their identities are unknown at this time.
They are asking anyone who has damage in other parts of the county to contact Emergency Management.
