Investigation underway after person dies at LIRR station: FDNY
QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An investigation is underway after a person died at a Long Island Rail Road station on Thursday afternoon.
Officials responded to the Queens Village station after receiving a call about an unconscious person at around 12:27 p.m.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the FDNY. Two other individuals were evaluated by EMS for non-life-threatening injuries.
