Brittany Mahomes Shared Photos From Disney World — & One Detail Has Fans Freaking Out
Magic is in the air! Brittany Mahomes and Patrick Mahomes took their kids Sterling, 4, and Bronze, 2, to Disney World, and their enchanting photos left us dreaming about family vacations. The mom of three just shared a bunch of photos from their trip, and fans noticed one stunning detail that had everyone freaking out.
“The best trip with our besties????????” the Kansas City Current co-owner, who is also mom to 3-month-old daughter Golden (whose photo hasn’t yet been publicly released), posted on Instagram on Tuesday, along with a magical carousel of cute moments. In the first picture, Brittany holds Sterling and smiles next to Patrick, who has Bronze in his arms, with Toy Story Land in the background.
In other photos, Sterling wears a pink Minnie Mouse shirt and hot pink skirt as she poses next to a friend (dressed identically!) next to Mickey Mouse. There’s also a snap of Brittany, Patrick, and their two oldest kids next to Mickey, with Bronze sporting a frown like he is not happy to see the mouse. They also got to meet princesses, see giraffes at Animal Kingdom, and swim in the hotel pool. Overall, it looks like a wonderful, yet fairly normal trip to Disney! In the last photo, however, fans noticed an exclusive perk that most people could only dream of experiencing: spending the night in Cinderella’s castle!
The Castle Suite, which is located inside Cinderella’s castle in Magic Kingdom, has a special room that is very hard to get into. According to Travel + Leisure, this room was originally meant to be a place where Walt Disney and his family could stay when they visited and wasn’t intended to be made public. However, he sadly died before it was finished, and the room went unused for years. Now, it is fully furnished with French details, regal furnishings, stained glass windows, and a picture frame that magically turns into a TV. (Disney has pictures online HERE.)
Reportedly, the only way to stay in this room is to win a reservation through an occasional sweepstakes or a raffle for charity, according to T+L. It’s unclear how the Mahomes may have ended up there (maybe they bought their way in?), but it’s obvious that’s where they stayed for at least one night. Brittany posted two pictures at the end of the carousel featuring Sterling, Bronze, and a friend lounging on a bed, and you can see the headboard with Cinderella’s crest in the background.
And people were understandably freaking out that the Mahomes’ family got to have this rare experience. “Let’s not look past the fact that the last picture is the CASTLE SUITE ????” one person wrote. Another replied, “Picked up on that right away! Those kids are living the ultimate dream and they don’t even know it ????”
“They’re in the castle suite ???? so incredible!!!” someone else pointed out.
Oh the perks of being an NFL legend, am I right? Not only is this a once-in-a-lifetime hotel stay, but can you imagine how easy it would be to run the kids upstairs for a nap if your hotel room was literally in the middle of Magic Kingdom? Now that would make the trip extra magical!
