Krewe de Jeunesse seeking new members
LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- In 2022, Even St. Julien attended a Mardi Gras ball in Acadia Parish, which kickstarted the founding of his own krewe. This krewe, however, is just for kids.
Right now, Krewe de Jeunesse is having a membership drive. Kids and teens ages 9-18 can register now through April 30.
Membership gives kids the chance to attend events throughout the year, like the Summer Soiree, holiday socials, and of course, the Mardi Gras ball.
Krewe de Jeunesse co-captain, Whitney Kibodeaux, says while events are fun, krewe membership is also an opportunity to make life-long friends. If your child wants to join the fun and fellowship, email Membership@KreweDeJeunesse.com.
