Sinkhole shuts down part of Columbia Street in Hudson
HUDSON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Drivers in Hudson are being asked to follow detours and expect delays after a sinkhole formed on Columbia Avenue Tuesday afternoon. The 300 block of Columbia Street is closed to all traffic until further notice.
Hudson Mayor Kamal Johnson said in a Facebook post that the collapse of a 200-year-old stone sewer caused the sinkhole formation. Stay with NEWS10 as more information becomes available.
