VIDEO: Sea lion spotted swimming in downtown Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- People aren't the only ones enjoying the above average temperatures and sunny skies around Portland on Tuesday.
A sea lion was spotted swimming in the Willamette River under the Hawthorne Bridge in downtown Portland on Tuesday. KOIN 6 viewer Brady Dean captured the sight and explained that he had seen another one swimming under the Tilikum Bridge nearly an hour earlier.
Sea lions swimming along the Willamette Valley isn't unheard of, but is a good reminder to keep an eye out for wildlife across all corners of the Pacific Northwest.
