Morrisons shoppers race to nab £20 light-up Easter garden buy scanning for a FIVER that ‘costs less than a lamp to run’
MORRISONS fans are scrambling to their nearest store to snap up an adorable light-up Easter buy that’s slashed to £5.
The popular supermarket has sent its fans into a frenzy after cutting the price of Easter-themed garden buys from £20 to just a fiver.
Bargain-mad Brits can now decorate their outdoor space – or homes – with fabulous inflatables for a whopping four times less.
According to shoppers, there are two options to choose from – an inflatable Easter bunny or a spring chicken, both ornamented with a cute bow.
What’s more, not only is the plug-in Easter decor too adorable to miss out on, shoppers also claim it also won’t leave you with a hefty electricity bill at the end of the month.
One customer, Kimberly Woods, from Suffolk, said: ”I’ve got 3 plugged in outside mine and barely notice the difference and I have mine on between 7am and 9pm every day.”
Others also added that the garden buys – which cost ”less than a lamp to run” – may not come up with the £5 until you reach the till.
Whether you’re looking to add some Easter vibe to your garden or transform your living room for the little ones, the inflatables are sure to make anyone’s day.
Both of the plug-in accessories are 4ft in height, Facebook users added.
The jaw-dropping price reductions have already taken the internet by storm, so if you want to get your hands on these, you’ll have to be quick.
On the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group several members have shared their hauls, with one post racking up close to 200 likes in less than 24 hours.
‘I need the rabbit’
Online, the epic deals have already become a major hit, with dozens tagging their friends and family to let them know about the offer.
One shopper said: ”I’ve managed to get these from Morrisons Leigh.”
” I need the rabbit one!” another couldn’t wait to purchase the adorable buy.
”I’ve just picked them up tonight £5 each,” a third chimed in.
A fellow Morrisons fan wrote: ”My garden at Xmas time has about 8 in it and you honestly don’t notice the difference it’s pennies.
”And mine is on from first thing till late at night unless windy.”
